Return / Exchange / Refund

Since all of our pieces are made to order, we do not provide any refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

All products are lovingly handcrafted and go through an extensive post-production Quality Checking. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please write to us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 99944 67340 as soon as you receive your order to enable us to rectify the mistake as soon as possible.


The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you. When in doubt, always choose one size bigger

We take great care in dispatching garments as per size mentioned in our size charts. For one size alteration, we expect our clients to get the alteration done by themselves as we leave enough margin in our garments to even make them one size bigger.


All of products are individually handcrafted using the finest fabrics. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products.


We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.

Please be aware that due to the variances in different mobiles and computer monitors, and the various settings for brightness and contrast, the color represented in a product image on your monitor or mobile might not be exactly as it appears in the physical world. Hence, we request you to place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen or mobile screen against the actual color of the product received

Return in case of Manufacturing Defect(s):

In case of manufacturing defects, return request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 2 days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:

  • Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
  • Tags should be intact
  • Product(s) is/are not part of Excluded Category

Exchanges / Refund in case of Return of product(s):

We will provide reverse pickup facility to the customer. In case, we are not able to provide reverse pickup facility to the customer, customer will have to send parcel back to us  and the cost of courier will be added to their Refund amount.

Please note that reverse parcel takes anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. Refund will be processed ONLY after we receive customer’s parcel back (a maximum of 20 working days after pickup) and product(s) pass(es) the quality check.

Exchange: Customer can opt for exchange the returned product with new one of their choices. You must coordinate with our team for exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the same ‘bank account / card / wallet / aarraa website wallet’ used for placing the order.

Cancellation Policy

In case if you change your mind after ordering the product, don’t worry Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the fabrics for the ordered dresses are cut for stitching, whichever is earlier.” Contact our executive through call or WhatsApp to +91 99944 67340 immediately if you plan to cancel

Refund in case of Cancellation of an order:

Refunds will be issued to the same ‘bank account / card / wallet / aarraa website wallet’ used for placing the order. Any cost associated to third party’s payment gateway in case of cancellation should be borne by you.

Custom Tailored Items / Altered Items

We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.

Sale items (if applicable)

All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Orders

For international orders, there is no ‘Return / Exchange / Refund’ available.
