Shipping Charges:

For deliveries across India

Currently we are offering Free Delivery throughout India for all of our products purchased through aarraa.co.in. If there are any changes to this policy you may get notified while placing an order.

For International Shipping

Shipping charge for international orders depends on the ordered product(s) and location of the delivery address.

The minimum shipping charges for Various International location Starting from INR 2500

  • 2500 INR per order up to 3 Dresses.
  • 4000 INR per Order from 4 to 6 Dresses
  • 5000 INR per Order for 7 dresses or above

Please note that the international shipping charges are high and we recommend our customers to order minimum 3 Quantity to avoid paying excessive shipping charges. If the shipping charges for some countries, exceed the above-mentioned amount, the same will be intimated to you. The items will be dispatched upon the payment confirmation of shipping difference amount.

Time taken to deliver your order:

We will start the stitching process as soon as you place an order with us. Delivery times are usually as follows:

Average Time to Dispatch: 10 Working Days

  1. Delivery Within India – your order should reach you in 2 – 6 business days from the date of dispatch.
  2. International Delivery (Outside India) – your order should reach you in 5 – 10 business days from the date of dispatch

Processing time for each product varies. Your entire order is shipped together once all products are ready to be shipped. The cart page and the checkout shipping page gives an estimated delivery date. Please note, deliveries can sometimes get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging:

All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.

International Shipping:

International shipping is possible. The checkout page shows you the exact shipping rates for your country. The number of days for delivery can increase due to delay in customs processing at the destination country. All International shipments are sent as “signature not required on delivery”.

International Customs Charges:

Some destination countries charge customs on the shipments. All customs charges, local taxes and delivery company’s processing fees for clearing customs is to be borne by the customer, unless it is charged at checkout.

Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:
