Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return eligibility below applies.

Returns

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, incorrect or unsuitable. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn and returned with original tags and packaging. Customised, altered and final-sale items are not returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

Approval and return shipping

Please obtain return approval before sending an item. We will share return instructions after reviewing the request. Return shipping charges depend on the reason for return.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Banks and payment providers may take 5–10 business days to reflect the credit after processing.
