You must be at least 18 to place an order. Check sizes and agreed customisations carefully. Screen colours and handcrafted details may vary slightly. Production and delivery estimates appear in our shipping policy or the product-specific information provided before purchase.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. Review the total and shipping charges before paying. Razorpay offers the payment methods shown at checkout. Availability and prices may change for future orders. If an error or unavailable item prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and refund any cancelled order.

Returns and delivery

Our refund policy explains final sales and remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Provide an accurate address and contact us promptly about delivery problems. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Using the website
