Dispatch

Ready-to-ship orders are normally prepared within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order or customised styles can take longer; the expected timeline will be confirmed before fulfilment.

Delivery

Estimated delivery depends on the destination and carrier. Tracking details are shared after dispatch. Delays caused by weather, carrier operations or an incorrect address may be outside our control, but we will help investigate.

Charges and international orders

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for destination customs duties and taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery issues

Please contact us promptly if a parcel is delayed, damaged or marked delivered but not received. Keep the packaging and share photographs for damage claims.
