Preparation and delivery

Allow an estimated 20–25 business days from order confirmation to delivery. Preparation normally takes 10–15 business days and is included in this total. These estimates apply to all orders unless a different timeline is agreed before purchase. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Destinations and charges

Orders ship from Coimbatore. Domestic charges appear at checkout. Contact us before placing an international order so we can confirm availability, cost and timing. Destination duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient unless agreed otherwise.

Tracking and address changes

We share tracking after dispatch. Check your delivery address carefully and contact us immediately about corrections; changes may not be possible once shipped.

Delays and delivery concerns

Courier disruption, weather or customs can affect estimates. We will communicate significant delays. Report missing or damaged contents within 48 hours with your order number, photos and a continuous opening video where available. See our refund policy for assistance and applicable remedies.
